Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information and packaging material. Please call customer service at 888-278-1533 to request a Return Authorization number. Upon Return Authorization approval, GunSafeDepot.com will provide the customer with the appropriate shipping instructions and return address. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Refunds will be re-applied to the original Credit Card and will equal the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and 30% restocking fee. Return shipments must be paid by the customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance. Please select a reliable Freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance and proper packaging as GunSafeDepot.com will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse staff to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts, packaging or product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect. Please Note: Safes that are "Built to Order" are not covered by our 30-Day return policy as they are manufactured to the customer's specifications and are not stocked at our warehouse locations. Custom orders are final sales.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to determine if your product has shipped. If the product has shipped, the item may be returned according to our Return Policy (shipping costs to/from delivery location and applicable restocking fees apply). Safes that are "Built to Order" cannot be canceled once the manufacturer receives the order and production begins (typically 24 hours from date of order not including weekends/holidays).
